It's simpler than it looks. Starter works out to about $10/hr for a dedicated part-time editor (20hrs/week). Pro comes in under $10/hr for a full-time dedicated editor (40hrs/week). Advanced can go as low as $7.80/hr when combining 2 Pro editors for higher-volume output or 1 advanced Editor for 16$/hr.
